Job Description:

We’re working with a growing business based in Ware, to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their vibrant team. This is a full time, fully office based role offering on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to emails and managing data imports
  • Data entry and processing payroll
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
  • Conducting data analysis and account reconciliations
  • Preparing and submitting payroll reports
  • Additional administrative duties available for those seeking extra responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office administration is desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks
