A rare opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller / Finance Administrator to join an established business who continue to grow.  This role requires a finance professional who enjoys managing their own customer accounts and working in a hands-on environment.

It is essential that you have an organised and pro-active approach to ensure an efficient Accounts Receivable function. You will equally have an adaptable approach to supporting in other areas of Finance.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting customers by telephone and email to ensure the prompt payment of invoices
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Processing bank entries
  • Sending out statements and copy invoices
  • Supporting the Finance team i.e. accounts payable

 

You will have the following skills:

  • Experienced credit controller
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Self-sufficient with good working knowledge of Excel / accounting systems
  • Enthusiastic and keen to add value to the Finance department
