£28,000 to £34,000 dependant on experience

Accountancy Action are currently recruiting on behalf of a Creative agency in the City in order to find them a Bookkeeper for their growing finance team.

 

This is a full time role that offers some hybrid working but the client would also consider someone part-time (salary would be pro rata) if they have the right skill set but need the flexibility of a part-time role.

 

Our client is looking for someone with 2 years + experience in a similar accounts role and someone who has used Sage. If you have used Quickbooks this would be a bonus but not essential. Good Excel skills are essential as well as good communication skills.

 

The agency has a social, friendly office so they are looking for someone personable who can build solid working relationships and bring a winning personality to the office. The client would like someone who is looking for a stable role where they can work in a lovely environment and will be appreciated for the skills they can provide.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Accounts payable management and processing
  • Raising sales invoices and reconciling supplier statements
  • General bookkeeping
  • Assisting with financial reporting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Assisting with payroll
