**Are you looking for an entry level Receptionist role in the City of London?**
Our client is in the Retail sector and is looking for a Permanent Accounts Assistant to join their hard working Finance Team. The opportunity is perfect for someone with a few years experience in a similar role.
The role will include:
Reception Duties:
o Managing the arrival of guests: Liaising with building reception on expected guest arrivals, signing in process, greeting with refreshments and directing clients to respective meeting room.
o Answer the mainline phone and direct calls accordingly to staff, take details and forward on missed call information accordingly.
o Meeting room calendar bookings and co-ordination.
o Maintenance of meeting rooms; daily fridge restock, catering for client meetings, additional stationary stocks on large internal review meetings.
o Request new access passes from the building reception for new contractors & staff.

Building Management:
o Potential training available for Health & Safety point of contact within firm. Additional responsibilities if trained would include: Conducting new contractor and permanent staff office walkthroughs, documentation management, handling First Aid or Fire Safety issues as they arise, point of contact within fire evacuations and creating and implementing PEEPs (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan) or NEMAs (New and Expectant Mother Assessments).
o Collecting couriers and post from the loading bay.
o Logging building related issues on Vicinitee, liaising with maintenance to resolve.

Office Assistance:
o Ensure coffee machine is in good working condition, liaise with repair maintained when required.
o Liaise with office cleaner should there be any additional requirements. During especially busy periods where we are fully staffed a midday dishwasher load may be required to clean and restock cupboards with crockery.
o Process orders:
Monthly: Stationary & office goods.
Fortnightly: Coffee & hot chocolate machine restock.
Weekly: Milk delivered daily but maintain levels on a weekly basis dependent on office headcount.
Weekly: Bakery breakfast order; receive and set out for staff.
Weekly: Tesco kitchen, bathroom and meeting room restock.
o Book localised and international couriers for staff as required.
o Book travel for our Senior Management Team; high priority and time sensitive task.
