We are currently working with a fashion company in order to find them an Accounts Payable Assistant for their finance team. This is a temporary to permanent role and they want someone to start ASAP.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years finance experience, be happy to take on the full AP function and be open to being involved in other areas of finance in the future.
Key responsibilities will include:
Raising payments to suppliers when invoices are on the system and payments approved
Manage creditors and queries
Check and process expenses
Ensure filing is up to date and readily available
Report accurate and up to date aged creditors in a timely manner
Adhoc duties to assist the Finance team
