Our client, based in London, is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant for their finance team and are looking for this person to join their business on a short-term temporary basis for up to 4 weeks.
The purpose of this role is to provide extensive accounts payable support to the Finance team and to take on additional duties as and when required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing a high volume of invoices
Weekly payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations
Maintaining the purchase ledger
Initial point of contact for supplier queries
Candidates must also be immediately available to start asap.
