Accounts Payable Assistant
Up to 25,000 per annum
Hospitality experience ideal
Our client, a hospitality business based in Central London, is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years industry experience and will be available at short notice.
The client will offer progression but the initial duties will include:
Posting of all supplier invoices across all entities
Posting of employee expenses
Running the payment run report for review and approval
Set up and maintain supplier records
Responsible for the filing of all supplier records and invoices
Receive and sort all posts for the department dealing with items as appropriate
