Accountancy Action is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger and Expenses Assistant on a 6 month contract basis to start ASAP.

The purpose of the role is to take overall expenses responsibility as well as invoicing for the payables team.

Main Duties:
Process high volume employee expenses
Ensure expenses are coded and posted
Deal with all queries
Weekly payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations
Month end duties

Candidates must have experience of working within a high volume environment and have excellent communication skills to liaise with different heads within the business.
