Accountancy Action is currently recruiting for a permanent Purchase Ledger assistant to join a fast growing global business. This is a great opportunity for an individual to kick start their finance career within a reputable business.
The purpose of the role is to maintain the accounts payable ledger, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.
Processing invoices daily
Processing staff expenses
Ensure authorisation are in line with company policy before payment
Planning of payment runs
Posting credit card statements
Daily multi-currency bank reconciliations
Candidates must be enthusiastic and switched on, ready to take on a hands on role within a busy environment.
