Our client, a professional services business in Central London, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to start the first week of January on a temporary to permanent basis.

The main purpose of this role will be to run all payroll for clients and liaise with clients in relation to all payroll matters to ensure the smooth operation of the payroll. Previous experience in operating clients payroll for firm of accountants is required as well as experience on SAGE payroll.
Preparing weekly and monthly payrolls for all payroll clients
Answering general queries by telephone from accounts staff and clients and dealing with HMRC
Liaising with directors and accounts staff in terms of payments to clients, staff and HMRC
Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
Filing all RTI reports as required with HMRC as well as any other PAYE returns as and when required
Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may reasonably be required
