Our client, a retail company in Central London, is currently looking for an ambitious Finance Assistant for their team. They need someone who speaks fluent German as you will be liaising with their German office and clients.
The company will offer study support after probation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Daily allocation of customer receipts
Weekly chasing of customer receipts
Weekly customer account reconciliations
Cheque deposits as and when required
Processing customer refunds
Resolve any customer queries
Daily monitoring of the Accounts Receivable email account
Recording all German invoices on the system
Arranging prompt payment of all Germany invoices on a weekly basis
Daily allocation of Germany customer receipts
Weekly bank reconciliations
The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, speak fluent German and have a minimum of 2 years finance experience. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work with limited supervision.
