Franchise Support and Management
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills , allied to the ability to interact with the franchisees in person or by telephone. This company is based in the West End.
Ensuring compliance with:
The companies systems and procedures, including credit control
The requirements of professional bodies
Law and regulation
First point of contact for his/her franchisees:
Technical support covering all aspects of a franchisees business (taxation, accounting, general advisory)
Basic IT support and accounting. Tax and the companies own software support
Deliver technical content of initial and refresher training
Prepare and deliver content at the annual conference
Delivery of Webinars to Franchisees
