Do you have PO management experience?
Our client based in Sittingbourne is currently looking for a Finance Assistant for their small finance team. They are looking for someone with purchase order management experience and ideally you will come from an FMCG background.
The role reports into the Financial Controller and you will be responsible for predominately purchase ledger but also some sales ledger duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
o Reconciliation and checking of works order job pricing
o Liaison with Logistics and Procurement Teams to ensure purchase orders have all costs reflected
o Assist the Sales Ledger Controller with the sales invoicing process
o Amend the system to reconcile with the depot data of goods received
o Sole responsibility for the purchase invoice process
o Processing of invoices received
