Our client, a property business based in South London, is currently recruiting for an experience Billing Administrator for their stable, friendly team.
They are looking for someone with previous billing experience who is capable of learning new processes easily and is able to work to strict deadlines. You will have good IT and database management skills and you will be an enthusiastic team player.
The key responsibilities of the post holder will include:
Raise invoices for clients
Process direct debits
Closing of accounts
Run weekly and monthly reports
Complete monthly reconciliations
Maintain and update the database
Manage supplier and internal queries
Instruct suppliers regarding contract changes
Receive utility invoices, verify and code for payment processing
