Accountancy Action is actively recruiting for a Client Service Manager to join a growing Practice in London. The purpose of the role is to oversee a portfolio of clients and identify opportunities to assist them in solving.
Managing a client portfolio, resolving client queries and providing support.
Responsible for overseeing quality control.
Plan, resource and budget all client work.
Mange the delivery of services to client portfolio
Managing efficient working practices and processes
Support the Firm in identifying and managing its business risks
P&L responsibility for the portfolio
Leading the integration of new client wins, organising the transition of the clients systems
Candidates need to be self-driven, with 5 years plus experience working for a Public Practice.
