Experienced property bookkeeper/accountant required for a Company situated in W1
You will be responsible for all financial aspects of a wide varied portfolio of both commercial and residential tenants based in central London
Raising monthly and quarterly sales invoices for both rent and service charges along with any other recharges along with periodical service charge reconciliation invoices
Preparation of aged debtors reports and management of credit control
Processing and coding of all authorised supplier invoices
Processing weekly payment runs and any ad hoc supplier payments
Refunding security deposits ensuring all deductions are included
Ensuring all utility invoices are correct checking against meter readings and liaising with the utility companies
Daily bank reconciliations recording all receipts and payments
Processing all credit card and petty cash expenditure
Processing Inter co transactions
Producing annual service charge accounts
Filing of all documentation on Virtual cabinet
Reporting to the MD, Property Director and Finance director
Recent Sage Line 50 working knowledge preferred
Multi company accounts experience would be advantageous
Barclays and HSBC online banking
Working experience with Virtual Cabinet or alternative paperless software would be useful
Proficiency in Excel would be preferred
