Accounts Payable Clerk
12 14 per hour
Temporary - 6 months minimum

Our client, a media company based in the City, is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk to start ASAP. The role will be required for 6 months minimum and is full time.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years purchase ledger experience and will be immediately available to start a new role.

Receive supplier invoices, reviewing, matching and promptly processing.
Ensure appropriate approvals and authorisations have been acquired for staff expense claims.
Reconcile and respond on supplier statements.
Ensure that all invoices, payment requests and vendor queries are responded to correctly and in a timely manner.
Schedule supplier payments in line with authorised cash flow forecast.
