Our client, a large multi faceted business based in West London, is currently looking for an aspiring Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

The client is looking for someone who ideally has 1-2 years experience in accounting. If you have studied for a degree this would be preferred however it is not essential. If you have started your ACCA or CIMA studies this would also be preferred.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
Management of the purchase ordering system and process across finance and the wider business
Posting purchase invoices and setting up weekly payment runs for approval
Allocating payments to supplier accounts
Management of the expense policy and process
Processing sales invoices
Month end bank reconciliation
Assist the Financial Accountant with respect to optimising working capital management processes (including input into cash flow forecasting process);
The client would like someone to start ASAP so candidates on short notice would be ideal however they will wait for the right person.
