Our client, a growing consultancy business based in the heart of the City, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team.
The successful applicant will be joining a very busy team and fast paced environment so you must feel comfortable working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Key duties will include:
Maintaining the purchase ledger
Daily banking tasks
Supplier statement reconciliations
Liaising with suppliers with regards to invoices and account queries
Requesting remittance advises from clients whenever required
Processing expenses for the staff
Providing support to the Financial Controller to meet key deadlines for monthly Management Accounts
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years similar experience and it will be a bonus if they have used Quickbooks. You will be a team player and be happy to get involved and help within the department.
